wavpack: Update to 5.7.0

amyspark requested to merge amyspark/cerbero:update-wavpack into main

This also fixes an issue where CMake's CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR would improperly hardcode the absolute libdir path on the host's. I noticed this as I checked the wavpack.pc module that was installed with this upodate.
