[TGL] GAMMA_LUT_SIZE and DEGAMMA_LUT_SIZE wrong

Moved from bug report https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=440361

As you can see in the output of drm_info here, GAMMA_LUT_SIZE is 262145 and DEGAMMA_LUT_SIZE is 33, while legacy gamma size is reported correctly as 256.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
