Test the case when an active grab without touch events in the mask starts by the owner of an already begun touch

This covers the scenario listed here xorg/xserver!530 (comment 667280) just not for gesture, but for touch events.

The only relevant commit is p12tic/xorg-integration-tests@61a15d92, the rest will come via other MRs.
