libqmi-glib: don't include qmi-version.h in dist

Aleksander Morgado requested to merge aleksm/libqmi:aleksander/fix-version-header into master

This file contains not only the release version, but also details about how the libqmi-glib library has been built (e.g. with/without MBIM support and with/without QRTR support).

Therefore, there is no reason to include this file in the dist tarball, as each build may have different build details in this file.
