Generated tarballs are including generated files

The build fails if we change the settings and use a separated build dir. An example of this is the difference of 1.26.0 and 1.26.2.

We tried to build using --disable-qrtr and it fails on 1.26.2 as the qmi-version.h is included in the dist and the added one has it enabled.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
