treewide: Avoid use align as variable or function names, replace it with other names

Yonggang Luo requested to merge lygstate/mesa:align_generic into main

This is a prepare step to replace all usage of ALIGN align64 with align

NOTE: As align is too generic and easy to be conflicted, maybe rename all of them to align_pot is a better option

This MR replaced !4383 (closed)
