PES2021 leaking lines from players
Description
There are some lines leaking from players and sometimes other objects, especially visible during replays and cinematic views. It doesn't prohibit from playing the game, it's just the replays are a bit annoying. The lines are also visible during gameplay but because everything is smaller they allow someone to still enjoy the game
Screenshots/video files
Examples: notice the lines leaking from the players around their legs
Steps to reproduce
Download the game from steam on linux and play a game with latest proton or latest GE custom proton (PES 2020 lite has the same issue, not sure if it's still available on steam)

Regression
This is a new pc of mine that I straight configured to get mesa git and it was always like that with the amdgpu and radeonsi drivers (I've disabled the latter in favour of the first as you can see in the kernel boot flags)
The weird thing is that on my laptop with intel gpu (GPU: 00:02.0 VGA compatible controller [0300]: Intel Corporation UHD Graphics [8086:9b41] (rev 02)
- ) after this issue is fixed #3871 (closed) it's totally fine. but either DRI_PRIME=1 or not, the behaviour is the same.
I have about 70 games and this is the only one that has an issue like that. My only link to mesa (why I'm opening an issue here) is issue #3871 (closed) which I reported.
