reqwesthttpsrc: Allow a server error after a seek

Sebastian Dröge requested to merge slomo/gst-plugins-rs:reqwesthttpsrc-seek-failure into main

There might be a server error because a seek would immediately close the old connection without allowing for clean shutdown.
