aws: tests: use unicode escapes for unicode characters

Tim-Philipp Müller requested to merge tpm/gst-plugins-rs:aws-test-use-unicode-escapes into 0.9

.. instead of putting actual multi-byte unicode characters into the source code which appears to make hotdoc unhappy.
