msdkvpp: support video-direction property

video-direction property is common property in gstreamer. In addition, both mirroring & rotation properties are marked as deprecated, video-direction will override mirroring & rotation properties when they are set explicitly

Also, if you don't plan to handle orientation events in this patch series (like in gstreamer-vaapi!124 (merged)), can you please file an issue for future tracking?
