macos: Add arm64 to the metadata for the installer

Nirbheek Chauhan requested to merge nirbheek/cerbero:fix-rosetta-requirement into main

We currently assume that universal means arm64+x86_64, which is fine for now, but will be problematic if Apple adds another arch a decade in the future.
