yasm to nasm and other MRs

build-tools: Replace yasm with nasm
nasm is much more maintained than yasm now, and projects specifically
require nasm, and newer versions too.

and the following MRs: !314 (closed), !310 (closed), !309 (closed), !305 (closed), !288 (closed), !318 (closed), !290 (closed)

CI was intentionally skipped, will run it once I've tested it on native windows.
