Sometimes same distro has different packages in different versions. Like ubuntu:

ubuntu xenial: libavcodec-ffmpeg56 libopenjpeg-dev
ubuntu bionic: libavcodec57 libopenjp2-7-dev

Searching for distro and also for distro_version adds an extra feature into extra_bootstrap_packages.
