macos: Remove leftover Cocoa workaround flags

Piotr Brzeziński requested to merge thewildtree/cerbero:remove-nsapplication-flags into main

The GLib recipe patch was removed a while ago in 5cc69e95, and the GStreamer-side workaround is also gone since gstreamer!4366 (merged). No need for these flags to stick around.
