smoke test: switch testing to machine-registration image + nanopi r6s

This brings arm64/uboot testing, bootable using upstream linux, thus completing the minimum requirements for smoke tests on this arch.

Given that RISCV64 and AMD64 are also coverred, let's close issue 5 and simply keep on adding more testing as time allows.
