[SKL][KBL][GLK] Piglit:spec@.* - fail

@tsa / @adrinael There was ~76000 failures piglit test failures, and that's too much for CI bug log to handle. CBL unable to load the home page due to too many failures. I filed one bug to address these failures. Is there anything that we do avoid such situations?
