[ADL] Cursor partially corrupts the screen

Steps to reproduce the issue.

• Move the cursor
• Observe screen corruption.

i915.enable_psr=0 and i915.enable_psr2_sel_fetch=0 don't help either. Also tried intel_iommu=igfx_off and it doesn't help.

How often does the steps listed above trigger the issue?

So the prebuilt drm-tip binary from Ubuntu can't boot, but it's bootable if I self compile drm-tip. The same issue is still observable with drm-tip.

Only if the same cursor glitch can be observed.

That error message can just be a red herring.
