core-for-CI: regression in PMC: revert commit e86c8186 ("platform/x86:intel/pmc: Enable the ACPI PM Timer to be turned off when suspended")

This commit has been causing errors in some flip-suspend tests. Revert it until a fix is done upstream.

Reverting this patch seems to solve the problem.
