Exactly what it says on the tin; the module parameter was removed because it was defunct. The tests were defunct and now skip.

@adrinael, @ivyl: Shall we add these tests to the blacklist?

@ickle: Thanks for the explanation, but why only seen on ICL and TGL though (no idea why we did not get the comment from cibuglog showing all the failures)?

For other platforms you have skips filtered out elsewhere?
