Test cairo-ps in CI

This is required by the testsuite for testing cairo-ps.

Now that the required dependencies are available, cairo-ps is also tested on CI. Thus, add the current failures to the ignore mechanism.

I am not actually sure how much this slows down CI. I did a build with just CAIRO_TEST_TARGET=ps2,ps3 and it took an hour. Without postscript, CI takes 45 minutes. So... this might take something between 45 minutes and one hour and 45 minutes before CI is done.

Future work: Doing something about CI times.
