Extract hardcoded modprobe path to MODPROBE_PATH macro

Summary

Replaces the hardcoded /sbin/modprobe path with a compile-time MODPROBE_PATH macro definition. Closes #1257 (closed)

Purpose

As mentioned in the original issue, it makes NM more portable when it is looked up from PATH instead of expecting it to be at a particular hardcoded path.
