Add settings for autostart pinned and show new windows

I found myself always pinning all windows and removing those that i don't want to see, steamvr, camera view, background programs(spotify). I also wanted to show all new windows that opened, if i accidentally moved a tab from brave it disappeared from view.

This pr adds the option to autostart with all windows pinned and autopin all new windows that are created. "Works on my machine"
