Miscellaneous CI fixes

Michel Dänzer requested to merge daenzer/xserver:ci-fixes into master

Fixes the following issues:

  1. The Xephyr test suite was mis-spelled as xephr
  2. Rebuilding the docker image results in two XTS tests failing (exclude them for now)
  3. weston wasn't installed anymore, resulting in Xwayland tests getting skipped
  4. The CI was not using fixed commits of the piglit, rendercheck & xts repositories

Also adds a check for all expected piglit results being there, which would have caught issue 3.
