Xwayland: Relative motion events fixes

Olivier Fourdan requested to merge ofourdan/xserver:relative-motion-events into master

This is set of patches to fix (or rather, work around) a bug in an X11 client wrongly assuming relative values in the axis values even for devices explicitly labelled as absolute.
