Fix matching explicitly configurated devices with screens

Zoltán Böszörményi requested to merge zboszor/xserver:fix-devices-for-configured-screen into master

Match value of Option "kmsdev" with the platform device's device path so explicit configuration is working.

This changes the setup of an USB DisplayLink device from being a GPU device to a framebuffer device with AutoBindGPU true or false.
