Xwayland 23.2 backport: Security fixes for byte-swapping and ProcRenderAddGlyphs
This backport includes 3 of the 4 security fixes from !1463 (merged).
The Xquartz-specific fix is omitted as Xquartz is not included in the Xwayland branches.
