fix missing include of <errno.h>

Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult requested to merge metux/xserver:submit/errno-1 into master

Second take of fixing a bunch of missing includes of <errno.h>.

(But this time not dropping it out of xf86_OSlib.h)
