[broken] drop unused no*Extension fields

Enrico Weigelt, metux IT consult requested to merge metux/xserver:submit/cleanup-noext-vars into master

Many of the no*Extension fields, which are used for deciding whether an extension really should be enabled, are hardcoded to FALSE, thus no way to actually disable those extensions. Thus, those practically unused fields can be dropped entirely.
