Remove external RAMDAC drivers

Adam Jackson requested to merge ajax/xserver:remove-ramdac into master

This will break the glint, s3, tga, and trident drivers, at least until someone fixes them. But this code doesn't really belong in the server, and even the newest device supported by one of these (permedia4 or so) is over fifteen years old.
