Screen tearing on 1.20.5

After updating to 1.20.5 on Fedora 30 KDE i'm having some screen tearing while scrolling and watching videos.

It seems some arch users are also having this issue (i'm not the person that made that reddit post).

Tried downgrading kernel, uninstalling xorg-x11-drv-intel, but the tearing only went away when i downgraded xorg to 1.20.4

Graphics card: Intel HD 620
