Xwayland - Paste into terminal windows goes into incorrect window and causes other window to be backgrounded.
Copyq is a program designed to allow having multiple selections and pasting them. One standard function is to open the copyq window, choose a selection and then press enter which will switch back to the previous window and paste the selection into that window.
This works normally with all windows in a normal X server and works correctly with windows such as web browsers under Xwayland but when pasting into terminal windows (tested with gnome terminal and terminator) this instead moves the terminal window behind the next window under it and then pastes into that next window. Obviously this is annoying and makes copyq much less efficient to use.
