Moving Firefox tabs to new windows sometimes causes X server to freeze
Moving a Firefox tab into another window will sometimes cause the X server to freeze. This has happened about 3 times naturally in the past week, but I have been able to somewhat consistently reproduce it by moving a Firefox tab back and forth between 2 windows. It usually takes around 20 tries for it to freeze and it seems to happen more frequently with private tabs. Turning on or off hardware acceleration has no effect. This freeze exclusively happens with Firefox and not any other applications with tabs like Xed, so I initially thought this was a Firefox issue, but I was told that if it is causing X to crash, it is more likely to be an X issue. Following the Ubuntu X troubleshooting instructions, I obtained the attached dmesg and Xorg log files. I am on Linux Mint 20.3 Cinnamon with Nvidia drivers 510.73.05 and Firefox 102.0. Firefox and any X-related packages have not been updated on my system since this started happening.
