Move x11perfcomp scripts into datadir

Adam Jackson requested to merge ajax/x11perf:datadir into master

These don't need to be in libdir, they're not arch-sensitive.

AFAICT we (Fedora) have been carrying this patch since late 2005, and I'm tired of it. I've set Mike as the original author since that seems to be true from digging in our cvs (!) history.
