Add less and greater to characters that are difficult to access on some keyboards

If you are using a layout for 105 keys on a keyboard with only 104 keys, there is one key missing.

The missing key is the key between left-shift and the z-key. The key is named lsgt_switch. This key generates the less and greater sign.

For example if I am using layout de (setxkbmap de) on a US-keyboard, I am not able to get a less or greater sign.

So it would be good if I can get it over the compose key.
