nls: add Multi_key for all dead_hamza sequences

The deadkey dead_hamza is causing strange behavior on the Delete key in some GTK4 applications in certain Latin locales. Using it in conjunction with <Multi_key> resolves the issue without needing to revert the problematic commit.
