Revert "nls: add compose seq's for symbols absent from Cyrillic layouts to ru_RU"

Testing by multilingual typists revealed that the proposed sequences are too complex for everyday use. It seems that the inherent problems with JCUKEN can only be fixed with better kbd layouts.

This reverts commit 174df0b8.
