NLS: add dead_caron subscript sequences for keypad

This patch moves sequences for dead caron subscript numbers/symbols, formerly belonging to the bépo block, to the more centralized superscripts and subscripts block, and also adds dead caron compositions for keypad keysyms and the Unicode minus sign for consistency with the dead circumflex compositions for superscripts.
