move some compose sequences, delete inconsistent ones, and add two for symmetry
The first patch moves the compose sequences for Ș and Ț to the appropriate Unicode block.
The second patch deletes 88 sequences that have the accents in the wrong order -- that is: not in the order in which they are encountered when looking at the glyph from top to bottom.
The third patch deletes 12 sequences that cannot be typed on any existing keyboard layout.
The fourth patch moves the sequence for Ƀ, and adds two more for consistency with the sequences for the lowercase ƀ.
This addresses some parts of issue #166 (closed).
