There is an issue with keyboard input not working in the Steam client and games in version 1.8.8 of libx11.

os : endeavouros(archlinux)

input method : fcitx5 (5.1.8-1)

The current solution is to downgrade the version of libx11 to 1.8.7. Only the Windows key is functioning.
