- Savage and Mach64 (= ati/ati*.[ch] changes) DRI not merged due to
    insecurity.
- VIA driver converted to new drmContext and drmHandle names.
- Radeon driver merge conflicted in many places, and MergedFB at least
    could probably use some checking at this point.
