Enhanced wsdisplay support for NetBSD

nia requested to merge nia/xf86-video-r128:wsdisplay into master
  • Alternative non-BIOS method to determine the panel size for NetBSD. With this we no longer need to specify PanelWidth and PanelHeight in xorg.conf on non-x86 platforms.
  • Don't assume VGA output on non-x86, assume that mobility chipsets have a LVDS output when there's no BIOS information.
  • Backlight control and console detection for wsdisplay systems.
