Description
I am experiencing a nasty problem, during boot of my Solaris box, sometimes I have the sessoin completely hung and I have to power down with button and retry.
I found this situation in Xorg.0.log:
[ 53.286] (**) mouse: (accel) acceleration threshold: 4
[ 54.335] (II) intel(0): EDID vendor "SEC", prod id 12876
[ 54.335] (II) intel(0): Printing DDC gathered Modelines:

and dtracing it it also seems to be related to:
hal-system-lcd-get-brightness-sunos
in fact, connected to AC it happens lees often than using battery.
