Error message and weird vainfo after cold boot on Radeonhd7750

Description
So, after a cold boot I get the following (kernel) error message:
... kernel: [drm:radeon_ib_ring_tests] ERROR radeon: failed testing IB on ring 5 (-110).

and vainfo gives:
