This branch fixes/tweaks a couple of things around icon display and formatting:

Don't display icons if they would line-wrap on the current terminal size (and take a lot of terminal rows as a result)
Displays icons with an aspect ratio closer to reality by using two characters per pixel
Support truecolor rendering if the terminal advertises it
