Gui enhancements

Hi,

1. grabbed from https://github.com/tias/xinput_calibrator/pull/45 makes no-timeout really work
2. displaying devices name on calibration screen - makes live easier for multiple (different) devices

Both GUIs were tested with Yocto/Angstrom. Merging would make my (Yocto) life easier :)
