Changes to LSGT asignment

Added LSGT asignment to US english layout, removed duplicate LGST asignment elsewhere, removed LSGT asignment from colemak as vanilla colemak spec does not modify this key. ISO keyboards with LSGT key are uncommon in US market but other operating systems treat it as a backslash in us english qwerty layout. It is printed as a backslash on the Kinesis keyboard and other us market keyboards with LSGT key.
