Add a 3l variant (3l-emacs)

Add a new 3l variant (3l-emacs) that's more convenient to emacs users. When using emacs, I feel it is critical the Control key is easy to reach. This makes the following changes to 3l:

  • Map Control to Caps Lock
  • (Re)map Tab back to Tab
