symbols/de: make three dead symbols undead in "mac_nodeadkeys" variant
A "nodeadkeys" variant had better not contain any dead symbols.
(This should have been part of commit b615e54f, to compensate the including layout for the changes in the included one.)
This fixes issue #420 (closed).
