Update Layout for id (Indonesia)

fikr4n requested to merge fikr4n/xkeyboard-config:new-indonesia into master

This is an update for my proposal 3 years ago which has been approved and merged.

The proposed changes:

  1. Based on experience, positions of some keys were difficult to remember; I make it more consistent and more analogous to each letter's latin transliteration because latin (US) keyboard is commonly used in Indonesia.

  2. Change of name from "Jawi" to "Arab Melayu", since "Arab Melayu" is more commonly used in Indonesia rather than "Jawi". The "phonetic" is also appended to the title for consistency with other layouts which are also phonetic.

  3. Separation of standard Arab Melayu (id(phonetic)) and non-official extended Arab Melayu (id(phoneticx)) to make it open for extension for e.g. other non-official characters, while the standard one (id(phonetic)) should not change often.

  4. Removal of uncommon characters in standard Arab Melayu for simplification and for preserving available spaces for extended one(s).

  5. Inclusion of Western Arabic Numerals besides Eastern Arabic Numerals.
