The source project of this merge request has been removed.
symbols/ca: delete the old implementation of the Canadian CSA layout
Having two implementations of the same layout was somewhat confusing. And the old implementation was odd and difficult, requiring the user to set up two groups and to select the necessary options.
This fixes issue #336 (closed).
The newer and simpler 'multix' implementation remains available.
